Sometimes it's amazing how time flies... it's been a couple of weeks since I worked on my blog.
Feels good that at least I have added a beautiful picture of hill slopes full of pink moss in Hokkaido, taken back in June when I was there. It's true that a picture speaks a thousand words. It definitely brightens up my blog and adds life to it.
I have added one of my favourite puzzle games - Sudoku. Credit goes to my blogger friend Jen. I saw this puzzle game on her blog and decided to put one on my blog too. I didn't expect it to be a simple process to add the game to my blog. I was fearful initially, expecting to face problems understanding the programming code, etc. Fortunately, it is real simple! :)
And lastly, I have put up another poll. This time round on the topic of online shopping - a thought triggering from my recent items in ebay auctions. Have been trying to catch up with the Internet lifestyle after missing so much since I started working.
Oh yea... running in the background currently, I am planning for my weekend getaway to Bangkok, Thailand, end next month. Will share more once I have my itinerary planned out and will put up the photos then. :)

Planning for my trip to Bangkok
I am planning for a weekend getaway to Bangkok. Am thinking of going for a shopping spree and to experience the food and culture. Will be doing some research on the web. If any of you have good recommendations, pls drop a note on my blog. Thanks!

What a week - 3 first experiences!
It has been a tiring week for me. Had just finished a major project wrap-up and yet another new one is coming along. The worse is to get no appreciation for what you have done. That aside, everything else is still ok. Anyway, it's all a learning experience.
Besides work, this week can be considered interesting and full of events for me. First, let's celebrate my blog's 1-week-old anniversary! I can't imagine ever having a blog. Credit goes to my hubby for his motivation of venturing out to try some sort of online garage sale - like what most people did in eBay auctions. But what we are working towards to is more of a blog shop, bringing the best of what I like (Hello Kitty and iPod) to everyone out there, at the best reasonable price we can afford. Take a look at http://kitty-shop.blogspot.com/ and you will get to see the items I value so much. A smart guess will reveal the reason why I named my blog shop "The treasures of the lost kitten". They are indeed meaningful and precious in one and every way. And I would like to share that wonderful feeling with friends of similar interests.
Ok, back to lost kitten's adventures in this week. Besides setting up this blog and my blog shop, I am tasked by my friend to seek out a 2nd gen iPod nano 8GB black player, to be in new and sealed condition. We checked out so many retail shops in Singapore but all are no longer selling the 2nd gen players. It's now all the new gen releases. In my last attempt, I made a daring promise to my friend to get her one online. That brings me to sign up an eBay account and a Paypal account. And what a terrible experience I have... I am still unable to place a bid despite having submitted my credit details to Paypal and eBay for verification. All I can do now is see each iPod bid closing... So so so sad.... :( But I will keep trying.
Now to the third event in the week... it is the first time I experience the toil of "running your own biz". Even though it's only the first few customers enquiring and placing their orders for the Hello Kitty mouse and Hello Kitty webcam, it certainly tests you on your skills in handling the questions and making sure that the items are shipped out on time. Phew! It's tiring, a little scary, definitely exciting and gee... an unforgetable life experience! I felt so happy when I brought my first parcel to the post office. Looking down at the parcel nicely wrapped in matching Hello Kitty gift wrapper, I told myself to live and remember that moment 'coz it will be a milestone in my life. :)
Yup, so much so for the 3 first experiences in a week. All I need now is to re-charge, lay back on my sofa and enjoy a movie or two. :)

Launch of blog shop - What should I name my blog shop as?

Yuppiee......
I have managed to put up my blog shop!!!!!! :)
Pls come take a look here.
I need some help... I have not thought of a proper name for my blog shop. Can anyone send in some suggestions? I will give a one-time discount of S$5 for any purchase at my blog shop if your suggested shop name is selected. Thanks! :D
Oh dear... what has Apple new release of ipod nano turned into?
The rumours are true... Apple has really launched a revamp of their iPod players. BUT... what a disappointment! Look at those fat, stubby nanos - I'm so glad I bought my nano just before they announced this new series.
Yes, the new nano series comes with video... but it has only a 2" screen. Come'on, who would watch a full-length movie on a 2" screen! Be real. In terms of aesthetic, the 2nd gen series looks much more chic and cool. This new series reminds me of plastic or silicon cheese crackers - thank goodness, they don't come in yellow colour!

In terms of functionality of the features, let's leave it to the experts. One of my favourite source of IT products benchmarking is CNET Asia.
Please also check out my blog shop for great iPod nano offers! It's the chic version, not this stubby one. :)

Wow! I am so delighted and encouraged to know that people are reading my blog. Imagine yourself when you first blogged and you will understand my feelings. Thanks, pals! :)
On the note of the mouse that is a cat or the cat that is a mouse... glad you like it. I bought it for S$19.90, excl shipping. It's so cute... Simply luv it! If any of you is interested to have one, let me know.
